No-Call / No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel without notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: We allow a 10-minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled, and the applicable cancellation fee may be charged.
